I charge flat fees — not hourly. You know the full cost before any work begins, in writing, in your retainer agreement. No surprises, no billing anxiety. Fee information is provided during or shortly after your free 30-minute consultation, once I have a clear understanding of your specific situation.

Ashley Weston, Esq.

I did not come to immigration law by accident. Before my legal career, I earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in Professional and Technical Writing — two disciplines that have nothing obvious to do with law, and everything to do with how I practice it.

During my social work and legal education, I spent time in immigrant communities. From the heart of Los Angeles in Pico Union to the Philippines and China, these experiences have shaped my vantage point when it comes to the law. It is never just paperwork. It is a family, a livelihood, and your future.
